All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.  

Guest name changes are permitted solely at the discretion of The Brow Awards until January 1st—no changes will be allowed after this date.

After payment, please allow up to 14 days (or longer during peak periods) for us to review your application and determine if you qualify as a Brow Awards 2025/26 Finalist. Successful applicants will be entered into our annual awards for final judging in September 2025/26.  

If you qualify, you will receive a PDF certificate to share on social media and print for display. For best results, we recommend printing on thick card at a professional print shop in A4 size.
