Our Co-Directors Alex & Debs
Deboragh Hendren, known as “The Brow Geek,” is a multi-award-winning industry leader and trailblazer in the world of brows. As the founder of The Brow Awards, The Brow Geek brand, and Infinity Hybrid, she has influenced thousands of artists globally—empowering over 45,000 students worldwide. Debs was one of the first to introduce brow lamination to the industry, and she continues to push boundaries to ensure the brow sector receives the recognition it deserves. Her passion, innovation, and unwavering drive make her a true force of inspiration.

Alex Anderson-Gordon, known professionally as BABBA Brows, brings 8 years of expert brow experience with a strong focus on education, inclusivity, and diversity—especially in working with melanated skin. Having trained for major brow brands, Alex is a respected voice in the industry and a champion for equal representation. In December 2024, Alex became Co-Director of The Brow Awards after serving on the board during the 2024 season.

Together, Deb’s and Alex are a powerhouse duo set to take The Brow Awards to new heights. With their shared passion, groundbreaking achievements, and commitment to the evolution of the brow industry, they are shaping the future—one brow at a time.

Rebecca Louise (@rebeccalouise.pmu) - A highly skilled PMU artist, Rebecca specialises in enhancing natural beauty with her expertise in permanent makeup.
Harry (@browzbyharry) - An expert with a keen eye for shaping and definition, Harry is known for transforming brows with precision and creativity.
Sophie (@thebrowandwaxspa) - A specialist in not only brows, but waxing treatments, Sophie is committed to providing top-tier beauty and relaxation services.
