The Brow Awards Judges 2024
We are excited to announce that we have selected the best Brow Judges on the planet for our 3rd Brow Awards 2022 event. Our online Brow competition and in-person event is now even better than ever before!

To ensure that the competition is fair for all entries, this year we are implementing blind judging in every category. Entries will be judged by numbers instead of names, creating a level playing field for all participants.
Our judges for the Brow Awards 2024 are the crème de la crème of the Brow industry. We have carefully selected the best Brow Judges in the industry, with judging backgrounds in the Brow World. We have taken feedback from our previous events to ensure that we are using the best judges possible to evaluate this year's entries.

We are thrilled to have our amazing judges on board, and many of them will be present as VIPS on the night of the event. They will be thanked on stage together for helping to judge the competition and celebrate with attendees at our amazing yearly event.

Frankie Widdows
Frankie Widdows is UK based award-winning International Brow Trainer, Guest speaker and Brow Judge at the world’s largest Brow events. She has been in the Brow industry since 2012 and specialises solely in the treatment of eyeBrow extensions so that she can dedicate all her time to being an expert in this subject.
She is the founder of International Brow brand EyeBrow Excellence. Frankie’s passion is working closely with Brow manufacturers to ensure that she produces only safe products to the Brow industry, as well as educating Brow artists about the importance of ensuring that they know what they are using is safe.
Frankie has trained thousands of students worldwide through both her in-person and online Brow courses. Frankie’s courses are the most technical ones out there, teaching her students even at beginners’ level to strive for competition standard Browes.
Frankie is a real perfectionist when it comes to Browes which is why her techniques are all about creating technically perfect sets.
Frankie is well known for her down to earth and approachable personality. She loves to speak to all that share her Brow passion and will assist any person that reaches out to her. She enjoys sharing her tips and tricks on her SM, as well as her YouTube channel EyeBrow Excellence. Interestingly, she was one of the first Brow artists to create YouTube videos and share her skills.
In addition to the above, she is also a product developer, not only of safe cosmetic based products but for Brow accessories. Along with her father, she was the original inventor of the Brow palette, a device that is worn on the back of the hand to attach your extensions to. She then developed the volume dome, which again is worn on the back of the hand to assist with fanning the extensions. She was the first Brow artist to develop tweezers specifically designed for volume. It took Frankie and her UK based tweezer manufacturers 18 months to bring the Polaris volume tweezer into the industry. This was then followed by the sister tweezer, the Orion.
Currently Frankie and her father are working on other projects to bring new and innovative products to the Brow industry.
Katie Godfrey
Katie Godfrey is an Entrepreneur with multiple successful companies. Including a beauty salon, national training academy, product range & coaching business.
Katie specialises in the beauty industry after winning over 15 awards & being a columnist for many industry magazines. She has also been published over 100 times including OK Magazine, Fab Daily & national newspapers. Plus has 2 books, one being a number 1 best seller.
She was one of the first Brow technicians to bring Russian Volume to the UK after flying to New York to learn the technique.

Jade Jones
Founder of Jade Jones and PreJades, Jade Jones has been in the industry for 7 years and has a growing team of passionate artists working with her in the salon, in the Academy and as Brand Ambassadors for the product side of the business. Jade launched her own brand of Premade Fans in January 2019; PreJades. The Jade Jones Academy was launched in 2019 which aims to teach the correct application of premade fans. Jade hosted the world’s first-ever International online competition in 2019; the Premade Pro 2019 Online Competition which will continue to run annually.
Jade has picked up 43 awards to date for her Brow work, aesthetic work and her business. She is a regular judge for Eye Brow and has also been featured in many magazines for her Brow work and PreJades.
Most recently, Jade has been working on launching Aesthetics courses. These brand-new courses will be released in 2022. Jade has 6 years of experience injecting, has a fully booked client base and works alongside Doctors and Nurses. Irina Negrea
My name is Irina and I am a London Brow trainer in
Coventry, UK.
I wanted a change in my career! I wanted to become my own director and have the freedom to work with lots of people! I wanted to start a business which is very profitable and which brings me the satisfaction of loving my work! So I took the chance and had my first training in Brow extensions back in 2017. My start was not easy at all as the quality of my first training was not the best and I was struggling a lot but I didn’t give up!I start loving what I am doing even without realising it.
Further, I attended other training and I always was ambitious to improve my work and become one of the best! Now all my work and passion pays off! I am having a successful business with my studio Brow and Brow Professional and I am more than happy to share all the secrets of it with you!
In 2019 I received the Award of Excellence from London Brow Pro and in 2020 made my dream my reality by becoming a London Brow Trainer.
My favourite Style is Cat Eye because of its exquisite look. It is perfect for the round and almond shape of the eye where the outer corners of the eye are orientated straight or upwards. But I do love also Squirrel Style which is offering a lifting effect.
Marlena Kujawa
Marlena is the owner of Star Lashes studio and training academy based in Peterborough.
Marlena started her browjourney in 2017 and in 2022 left recruitment after 11 years to fully concentrate on her brow business.
Marlena also won at the Brow Awards in both 2021
and 2022

Amy Chester
I’m Amy - you all probably know me as Brow Education, previously known as ‘Lashhh’.
I had the crazy idea to start something new back in 2016, I was pregnant at the time with my first child.
I literally lashed whenever I could, funnily enough, from my kitchen - it really took off, i was the only brow artist in the area and brow extensions had just become the craze.
Once more girls had jumped on board I was then helping other artists to perfect their craft, which then led me to opening my own brow studio and changing my Instagram handle to ‘brow Education’, it just seemed to fit and made me feel PROFESSIONAL LOL!
In 2021 I was lucky enough to win brow Stylist of the year - in the middle or covid, this has opened many doors for me, I have had the opportunity to fly to Toronto and work alongside brow Fest and have also been asked to fly to Dallas to attend the event there too, as well as brow Con in California.
I’m now still crazy busy, with two children, running an online shop, training academy and browand
brow studio!
Who knows what’s next? But I’m excited for my
next venture!!

Carla is an incredible Brow Artist of 5 years, she now has her own Training Academy, and is a Luxury Brow brand Ambassador of 3 years.
Pavletta Cherneva-Bus
My name is Pavleta Cherneva-Bus. And I am the creator and founder of Pavleta's Beauty and Pavleta's Beauty Academy. In my short time as a brow artist I have perfected myself and my work. We started to cooperate with one of the biggest suppliers of brow products. I became a BA for Luxury Brow UK. I have participated in awards and championships. The biggest achievement a year later was my victory in ThebrowAwards 2022. Then I was invited as a judge in several World Beauty Championship 2022, then in The Golden Artist Championship 2023. I went through several trainings and master classes and in 2023 I received my accreditation as a coach. It's not just a job for me, it's my soul and heart. It was extremely important for me to like my job, and I adore it.

Karis Warren
Karis is the proud owner of The Brow Specialist and is an 11x award winning brow artist. Over the last 2 years she has taken her brow skills into the world of teaching, offering beginner brow courses, online webinars and workshops as an educator for Im The Brow Maker UK.
Last year she placed 1st in the highest category for the best volume set of the year award!
As well as teaching Karis is fully booked with clients and her signature most popular sets are Textured Hybrids and Perfect Volume.
At the age of 20 Karis took the leap to become her own boss and has been growing a successful business for 5 years. Karis has been recognised for her keen eye for detail and passion for lashes.

Mirka Pittnerova
Mirka Pittnerova is the founder of “Beauty by Mirka” part of Celo Tan & Brow Ltd.
Mirka started as a beautician in 2010, she opened her own beauty salon in Windsor Berkshire in 2012 together with her partner and worked with many VIP clients.
In 2016 Mirka expanded and opened her own training sites now known as “Beauty by Mirka” since then she has been successful in doing treatments and passing on her knowledge and skills to others. She is a guest speaker on global beauty events

I am a founder of The Beauty House Training Center. I have over 14 years of experience in Brow industry. Since I moved to Canada I have faced a challenge to find great high-quality training in the Browindustry.

On the hunt to improve my skills, I have started taking different courses around the world to collect all the information that is available out there. Victoria Sharp
Im Victoria but everyone calls me V, I am the founder of Rose Gold tanning & lashes which I started in 2018 after literally falling into the beauty industry!
I found a passion for lashes and the creative side. I was always looking for hot new trends and had the ability to create lashes that people just loved which allowed me to own a very successful brow business and was fortunate enough to open my very own salon ‘Rose gold Hq’ in 2022! This was an incredible year for me and my career when everything seemed to happen. I became an accredited educator and brow trainer after months of hard work and opened The rose gold training academy where i have made lots of very successful brow artists, I also won best Creative brow set 2022 with the browawards, came 2nd place for brow artist of the year 2022 with the Hair & beauty awards and then was asked to be browdollsUK first ever brand partner!

Gemma best known for being on married at first Sight UK, also has ran her won Salon since 2017.
Gemma Rose will be blind judging Salon of the year 2023.

Sarah Johnson
I'm Sarah Johnson, I'm a wife & a busy mum.
I'm the proud owner of Angel Inspired Lashes in Henfield, (named in honour of my son Ollie, who tragically passed away Christmas 2013).
I started my Brow career in 2016 when my twins started school, so I could work around family life.
I entered my first brow competition in 2018 and placed 2nd and 3rd in the highest category for Brow lifting.
I'm now a 41x Award winning Brow Artist in different categories such as brow lifting, Volume, Coloured Lashes & also Fantasy Brow.
I am a trainer who specialises in Brow lifting.
I have a huge passion for Brow lifting and strive for the perfect, clean lift.
I run my own accredited courses and have a very popular competition ready Brow lift course.
I'm so proud to be able to say that many of my students are now multi award winning Brow lift Artists.
I am absolutely honoured to have judged in 38 International Brow competitions to date, some live & some online.
In 2019, I flew alone to Finland to speak at a Brow and Brow conference & also a judge at the live competition there.
I also travelled alone to Estonia to judge in The Brow Boss Championship for Carmen Palmiste.
I'm also very proud to have been in the final for Elleebana's Global Brow Award 2021 for Brow lifting.
In 2022 I got an award in the Hair and beauty honours awards.
I won Brow Lift Artist of the Year at the 2022 Brow Awards.
I won the Brow Lamination Artist of the year at the end of 2022 at the Brow and Brow Awards.
I'm honoured to have written several brow magazine articles & also had my work featured in Brow Ed Magazine,Brow Inc, Brow Inc International & Brow Inc Italy & Brow Global.
My aim in life is to inspire others and to help people build the confidence to compete.
